Contacting Prospects:
Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls to present our services and generate interest.
Convert prospects into qualified leads through effective and persuasive communication.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on trends and demands in the ecommerce sector in Latin America.
Develop prospecting strategies tailored to the needs and characteristics of each market in the region.
Managing Target List:
Create, update, and manage a target list with detailed information about potential clients.
Use the target list for effective follow-ups and organizing prospecting campaigns.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using specialized tools to efficiently reach prospects.
Measure and analyze campaign results to optimize effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
Mastery of New Technologies:
Utilize CRM tools, Apollo, Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and Excel.
Continuously search for new tools and solutions to enhance prospecting and lead generation.
Generating Quality Meetings:
Main responsibility is to generate quality meetings for the sales team.
Ensure that the scheduled meetings are with qualified prospects and have high conversion potential.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure smooth communication.
Participate in meetings and provide feedback on the quality of leads and generated business opportunities.
Reporting and Follow-Up:
Document all interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Prepare periodic reports on the progress and results of prospecting and lead generation activities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead prospecting roles.
Knowledge and experience in the ecommerce sector.
Ability to work across all Latin American markets, with a particular focus on Mexico.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using CRM tools, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
Proven skills in lead generation and prospect conversion.
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and a constant search for new technological tools.
Graduate in fields such as Administration, Marketing, Business, or related areas.
