  • Gestionar la solución de preguntas pre y postventa, con la mejor calidad y tiempo de respuesta. 
  • Gestionar el proceso de devoluciones en Mercado libre
  • Analizar e identificar los principales productos con problemas 
  • Generación de reportes de experiencia de compra ( MPO, Merch, etc.). 
  • Analisis y generación de reportes de "voz del consumidor"( categorías, productos, servicios, etc).
