0010 - Business and Functional Analyst

General Purpose

Responsible for ensuring the correct documentation of the functional requirements of the project.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of the processes and deliverables of the company to generate reliable products with efficient processes.
Responsible for generating the instances of testing and prevention of errors, bugs and incidents from the origin of the projects until its final delivery.

Your mission

Support the Account Executive/Project Manager in the relationship with the client, in the understanding of their requirements and in the transmission of their needs to the appropriate team and departments.
- Responsible for the final approval of the deliverables of the company's Engineering team..
- Accompany the team in their tasks and provide support if necessary.
- QA project estimates, resource planning and team tasks.
- Responsible for quality and on-time achievement of QA deliverables.
- Report results (including origin of problems and possible solutions), anticipate stoppers/ deviations and delays.
- Coordination of work with other departments.
- Optimize processes and propose service improvements.

Your profile

Knowledge & Education:

Technology related careers.
Experience in testing.
Knowledge of ecommerce and its associated technologies.
Knowledge of relevant technical languages.
Have at least two years of experience writing automation scripts in one or more languages (Preferably Javascript).
API Testing
Experience with Requirement analysis, test casses, and test execution.
Working with databases (optional, preferible)
Notions in Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development.
